Solstice New Moon Alignment (December 21, 2014)

Southern Solstice of 2014

It is rare to have a new moon so closely aligned with a solstice - in fact, we won't see anything similar with the December solstice until 2033 (19 years from now).

This solstice new moon marks a new alignment. Over the past couple of years we have been experiencing the very stressful square of Uranus and Pluto. Pluto in Capricorn accentuates the power and weaknesses of existing structures. Uranus in Aries brings out the inventive, innovative and rare potentials of individuals and our connections with community.

This series of squares reaches back now more than 2 years. In a way it feels like we've been hit by lightening multiple times (Uranus). But those lightening strikes have not destroyed us - in truth, they have made us much stronger (Pluto).

life grow and thrive is love
sunlight on the trees
the fire and the flood

what sleeps in every winter
is reborn in every spring

love is magnetic
always drawing what it needs
from an inexhaustable source
the infintite power of
being is love

January 4, 2015 -- Full Moon Opposes Pluto, T-Square with Uranus

On January 4 we experience the first full moon of 2015. This full moon has a nearly exact opposition with Pluto and T-square with Uranus. This powerful moment accentuates alignment with our new strength and helps us to draw upon the infinite love that defines our being.
