AJ McGettigan

Anthony Jude McGettigan has been exploring the landscapes of consciousness for more than 25 years. His journey has included formal training in psychology, computer science, and religious studies (California State University, 1985).

A lifelong enthusiast of both astronomy and holistic psychology, McGettigan melded these two interests in response to a series of profound experiences which began in 1979. A primary effect of these experiences manifests as Tony's insight into synergies between the life within and the life everywhere surrounding us--in other words, between the inner and outer cosmos.

Tony's organic path of discovery has included experiences as diverse as the Mayan Solar Initiation, remote viewer training, studies in cosmology and astrology, various forms of shamanic practice, and more than 30 years of meditation and contemplative practices. His mentors are an array of modern luminaries, including Hans King, Father Charles Moore, Thich Nhat Hanh, Woableza Labatte, Hunbatz Men, Terence McKenna, Alan Watts, Osho, and Dr. David Morehouse.

AJ McGettigan is a gifted interpretative artist, blest adventurer, and a highly engaging and effective facilitator. He is author of the popular book A Voyage in Consciousness, as well as two forthcoming books, Ecstasy of the Everyday Experience, and Experiential Cosmology. He is producer and host of the Vibrational Voyage radio program, and founder of New Consciousness Rising.
